s. Narayan: Founder & President

S. Narayan is a veteran in the Real Estate Industry having started and nurtured the business in the Mahindra Group besides establishing Lavasa as its President. He has been an advisor to Developers and Realty Funds and continues to play an active role in the industry. In his career spanning over four decades, Narayan has first-hand experience of the evolution of real estate and infrastructure sector in the country, as it is today.  

His experience straddles engineering, real estate, consulting, corporate strategy and management with leadership positions in the Mahindra Group, Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) and Lavasa Corporation. He has developed a unique model of utilizing Facility Management Services for a social objective at Integron.
 

Dilip Patil: CEO/Director

Dilip Patil has almost three decades’ worth of experience in Project Management and Property Management, he has also amassed experience in Turnkey Fit Outs contracting.

At Integron, as CEO, he oversees all aspects pertaining to operations, finance, administration and business development. His past work associations include corporate giants like Kvaerner Cementation, Chemtex Engineering, Mahindra Group, Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) and Wilbur Smith Associates.
 

Shobha Narayan: Director of Skills Development

Shobha has over 18 years of corporate work experience in Education & Placement-linked skills training. In her last assignment with IL&FS, she was responsible for the implementation of placement-linked skilling programs across Maharashtra involving identification of training partners, creating a network of mobilization partners, mobilization of trainees, training implementation, quality of training, monitoring of training programs, MIS and documentation.
